Viopas Venture Consulting (VVC), headquartered in Basel (Switzerland), together with BDO Consulting Austria, has been awarded the public tender for the founders’ advisory program “Gründungsberatung – aws First Incubator” by Austria Wirtschaftsservice (aws) as one of three selected providers.
As part of a four-year framework agreement, BDO Consulting and Viopas Venture Consulting will support early-stage founding teams within the “aws First Incubator” program through a comprehensive and practice-oriented advisory offering. The collaboration has already commenced, with the first workshops successfully conducted.
A significant part of the advisory work will be delivered by Peak Spirit, a subsidiary of Viopas Venture Consulting. Peak Spirit brings many years of hands-on experience in working with very early-stage, high-tech and science-driven startups and will actively contribute its operational expertise to the program.
The program consists of several full-day workshops covering key topics essential for early-stage founders, including:
Corporate and business strategy
Pitching and storytelling
Financing and funding strategies
Legal fundamentals for startups
Human resources and team development
Sales and marketing
Stakeholder management
In addition to the workshops, each founding team receives up to ten hours of individual coaching with experienced experts from Viopas Venture Consulting, Peak Spirit, and BDO Consulting, ensuring tailored support for their specific challenges and growth ambitions.
